You can take a train from Shenzhen to Guangzhou Railway Station or Guangzhou East Railway Station firstly.
To get from Guangzhou Railway Station to Shiqiao, you should take subway line 5 to Zhujiang Xincheng station firstly and then transfer to subway line 3 for Shiqiao station. Journey time is about 40 minutes and ticket price is RMB 7 Yuan on the subway.
To get from Guangzhou East Railway Station to Shiqiao, you should take subway line 3 northern extension line to Tiyu Xilu Station firstly and then transfer to subway line 3 to Shiqiao. Journey time is about 30 minutes and ticket price is RMB 7 yuan to travel by subway.
